We’re currently seeking a talented Account Executive, Digital & Integrated Marketing to join our fast‑growing London digital team. We are looking for a self‑starter interested in bringing best‑in‑class digital strategy to life for our financial and professional services clients. We get to work with many of the largest and most recognisable global financial brands and help them navigate the always‑evolving world of digital marketing and communications. What you’ll be doing:
- Work as a member of an integrated client team to drive digital and social initiatives such as organic content creation, advertising campaigns, paid media amplification, analytics and measurement, social listening and community management.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day delivery of digital workstreams, ensuring work is delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Draft and edit social content, analytics reports, internal and external memos, and client recommendations.
- Monitor relevant social media conversations and prepare reports for clients.
- Analyse digital performance data and derive insights to inform optimisation.
- Maintain and update social media content calendars.
- Proactively flag digital opportunities and risks for clients in a timely manner.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and share them in a variety of ways inside and outside the firm.
- Develop and launch paid social campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives.
- Build understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and competitive landscape.
- Have strong verbal communication with your clients.
- Assist in the development of presentation content and agendas.
What makes you qualified:
- 2‑3 years of relevant digital, social media, or creative experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience at a traditional advertising, communications, or marketing agency is a plus.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as financial and professional services is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the social media ecosystem and related best practices for incumbent and emerging platforms.
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media copywriting and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Khoros, Spredfast, Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush and others would be beneficial.
- Experience in a wide range of digital specialty areas, including measurement and analytics, organic and paid social media, PPC and digital display advertising, email marketing, digital reputation management, and influencer partnerships.
- Skilled at using Canva.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise information into clear, well‑structured outputs.
- Ability to forge strong working relationships with clients and cross‑discipline internal teams.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to contribute in meetings and presentations.
