The Company has grown through the development of a number of subsidiary companies which primarily specialise in the development and distribution of tools and associated products. These companies include Toolbank UK, Olympia Tools UK, Harrison & Clough, Forgefix, Faithfull Tools, Toolbank Ireland & Tucks Fasteners Ireland. The core philosophy of the Company is to work closely with our customers, suppliers and staff to develop the business. Dormole continues to re-invest in the business to ensure that we can provide the best possible levels of service and support to our customers. This currently includes ERP implementations and warehouse upgrades and automation across multiple business units. About the role: Produce management accounts for Dormole and owned brands, assist on consolidation, FP&A and process standardisation and simplification. You’ll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities: Produce management accounts for all owned brands to group deadlines to ensure the businesses are operating profitably and costs are controlled Review management accounts for owned brands with brand MDs and produce ad-hoc analysis of margins and costs to ensure the businesses are operating profitably, costs are controlled and decisions are made based on data Develop and consolidate flash results, forecasts, actual results and budgets including commentary on revenue, margin and costs to ensure the group is operating profitably and directors can make data-driven strategic and operating decisions Develop standard processes and across the group following the implementation of the new ERP system including production of written process notes to ensure financial processes are efficient and internal control is maintained What are we looking for? Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) (Essential) Strong analytical and Excel skills with capability to learn Vena consolidation system (Essential) Experience using MS Dynamics 365, Vena and Power BI (Essential) Experience from a top 10 accountancy practice (Desirable, but not essential) Qualification in data analytics, Vena and Power BI (Desirable, but not essential) Able to build relationships with colleagues on other sites to collaborate on financial data and transactions What can we offer you?
