We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational individual to lead, develop and shape our Drama curriculum, driving excellence in teaching and learning while transforming student outcomes within a diverse and welcoming school.
Responsibilities- Lead, develop and deliver the Drama curriculum for students aged 11‑18.
- Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons that foster creativity, confidence and a love of the performing arts.
- Promote and support the ethos and culture of the school community.
- Develop, plan and deliver effective lessons to all students.
- Ensure all students reach their potential through excellent subject knowledge and commitment to high classroom standards.
- Qualified teacher with experience in Drama; QTS required.
- Strong subject knowledge and evidence of past success in leading Drama programmes.
- Ability to inspire students and colleagues alike.
- Commitment to inclusive practice and the ability to support students with barriers to learning.
