Do you have a confident manner, excellent attention to detail and are comfortable with the use of MRP, ERP, CRMs or other commercial IT based systems? Our Door Spares brand, which is part of the dormakaba UK group, is looking for an additional Trade Counter Specialist to join us at our Walthamstow branch in East London.

Your Tasks:

  • Deal with internal and external customer enquiries regarding parts and components used in the installation, maintenance and repairs of automatic and manual doors from various manufacturers.
  • Advise customers on parts and systems, process sales orders via email or over the phone, pick orders from the warehouse and dispatch them to customers throughout the Southeast and beyond.
  • Handle customer credit enquiries, stock queries and various other elements relating to door hardware products.
  • Keep up to date with the industry's latest innovations and products.
  • Provide the best internal sales support to each customer, becoming the supplier of choice.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment with excellent attention to detail and the ability to enter data accurately.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with the ability to develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other online sales order processing systems (Sage, MRP, ERP or possibly CRM Software) is especially beneficial.
  • A desire to learn about the technical elements of the product range to offer best in class support to our customers.
