Do you have a confident manner, excellent attention to detail and are comfortable with the use of SAP or other IT based systems? Our Aluspec brand, which is part of the dormakaba UK group, is looking for an additional Sales Support Coordinator to join us at our Bridgnorth branch in Shropshire.

Your Tasks:

  • Deal with all internal and external customer enquiries regarding parts and components used in the installation, maintenance and repairs of automatic and manual doors from various manufacturers.
  • Take orders for parts and technical systems via email or over the phone, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle orders from a variety of 3rd party businesses and our own external sales team, as well as customer credit enquiries and stock queries.
  • Keep up to date with the industry's latest innovations and products.
  • Take ownership and deliver the best internal sales support to each customer.

Hours of work: 0800-1700 Mon-Thursday, 0800-1500 on Friday.

Your Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, office-based, customer service environment with excellent attention to detail and high data entry accuracy.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other online order processing systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A desire to learn about the technical elements of the product range to offer best in class support to our customers.
