To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager who understands how to market trusted security products in trade-led markets, while building a modern digital demand engine.
The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on role responsible for building DORIX’s digital growth engine across Shopify, Amazon, and social channels, while also helping establish the brand with installers, locksmiths, merchants, and security professionals. You will work closely with the CEO and VP Sales & Marketing to position DORIX as a credible and trusted name in UK smart access.
Digital Demand & E-Commerce Growth
- Drive online revenue through Shopify, Amazon, and digital channels
- Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads
- Optimise conversion across product pages, funnels, and listings
Trade & Market Positioning
- Help position DORIX as a trusted brand in the UK access and security market
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at installers, locksmiths, and merchants
- Translate technical standards, security credentials, and product trust into compelling marketing
Content & Brand Visibility
- Build a credible LinkedIn and trade‑focused brand presence
- Develop content that speaks to both homeowners and professional installers
- Support PR, industry media, and trade events
Analytics & Growth
- Own reporting across CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue performance
- Continuously test and optimise campaigns to drive profitable growth
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or e‑commerce
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Demonstrable experience driving online revenue growth
- Experience in security products, access control, door hardware, smart home, or premium home improvement or a closely aligned industry in construction products
- Experience marketing to installers, merchants, or trade networks
- A visible and credible LinkedIn presence
