Up to £60k * Awesome Benefits * 4 days per week in office (Generally Fri WFH) doris Talent is working exclusively with a successful SME insurance business based near Bank that is looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal / Team Assistant to support their Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) and wider team. The CUO is down-to-earth, approachable and extremely busy. He needs someone he can genuinely rely on to take things off his plate, anticipate what’s coming next, keep him organised and make sure nothing falls through the cracks You’ll also play an important role supporting a small team, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be a key part of the day-to-day running of the business. What you'll be doing: * Providing proactive 1:1 PA support to the Chief Underwriting Officer * Managing a busy diary, meetings, travel and appointments * Preparing meeting packs, documents, presentations and reports * Managing correspondence and keeping on top of actions and deadlines * Coordinating meetings and following up on actions * Supporting the wider underwriting team with day-to-day administration * Helping keep priorities moving across a busy team * Taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects * Being the person who spots what needs doing before you're asked * Generally making life easier for the CUO and keeping the team organised What we're looking for: **Insurance experience is essential - Please only apply if you have this to avoid dissapointment** * Highly organised and naturally proactive * Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders * Confident juggling multiple priorities * Great at anticipating needs and staying ahead of deadlines * Detail-focused without losing sight of the bigger picture * A strong communicator who is happy dealing with people at all levels * Comfortable working in a small business where everyone mucks in * Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do Why this role?
