This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Assistant located in the London area, United Kingdom. The Technical Assistant will support the team with technical guidance, assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires hands-on support for technical systems as well as contributing to maintaining and improving technical operations.
