We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and confident individual to join our busy team as a Trainee Manager. In this role, you will work alongside the Branch Manager, who is responsible for the performance of the branch including profitability, cost control, sales development, operations, and personnel.
Your responsibilities will include assisting and being trained in all aspects of the operation of a busy removals branch. This position is ideal for someone who has recently finished full-time education or has some experience in the removals or logistics industry and is eager to advance their career. We are willing to fast-track opportunities for individuals who are capable, have the right attitude, are enthusiastic, and keen to progress quickly.
We are looking for applicants who can:
- Work independently yet effectively as part of a team.
- Be numerate with good literacy skills.
- Be PC-literate.
- Plan and prioritise workload.
