Doree Bonner International is an expanding Removals/Storage & Shipping Company based in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area. Positions are available for drivers to work in the High Wycombe area carrying out household removals.
Key responsibilities of a Driver:
- Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained.
- Driving long or short distances.
- The role is physically demanding and involves packing, wrapping, loading and unloading our customer’s goods.
- May involve some weekend working.
- You will be responsible for undertaking the duties of a Move Team Member, also be able to demonstrate the potential and desire to develop towards the Move Team Leader role.
- Generally working locally although some nights you will be required to work away within the UK.
What we’re looking for in a Driver:
- Previous experience in removals is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clean UK Driving licence.
- Good level of fitness.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Hours of work: 5 days per week plus overtime and occasional weekends, paid at 45 hours per week guaranteed plus overtime paid after 45 hours at time and a half. Alternatively, we may consider flexible part time hours.
Full uniform will be provided. Training will be provided; however, removals experience is an advantage. For the right candidate, the opportunity to progress from 3.5T to LGV. We are also open to negotiation on salary for the right candidate. Employment is subject to satisfactory DBS clearance.
