The Governors of Dore Primary School wish to appoint a permanent TA Level 3 to work initially within our Reception or Pre School setting. We are looking for someone with Foundation Stage experience, which may include staff already employed within a nursery setting. A sound knowledge of systematic synthetic phonics would be beneficial.
Our curriculum has a Forest Schools focus so an interest or qualification in Forest School provision would be ideal. Training could be provided.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong desire to work within a team, who go above and beyond for the children and families at Dore. They will be required to contribute towards the educational and social development of the child and they will demonstrate a real enthusiasm for working with children. A desire to ensure that our children achieve the best outcomes will be essential.
We value the contributions that each individual has to make to the school community and seek a willingness from applicants to contribute to this well-established ethos within the school. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible and may be asked to work in our successful and expanding breakfast and after school clubs.
