The Role

As a Summer Associate, you'll be an integral part of our search team, gaining hands-on experience in executive search and corporate strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive primary and secondary research on industries, companies, and key individuals, utilizing tools like LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and industry-specific resources to understand market trends and emerging developments.
  • Actively mapping key individuals, companies, and sectors within our target markets, developing comprehensive market intelligence.
  • Producing detailed client reports focused on human capital, alongside customized project analyses.
  • Contributing to search execution and supporting business development initiatives as needed.
