Role Overview
As an Associate, you will play a central role in identifying and securing high-calibre talent for our client partners. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth primary and secondary research to build a strong understanding of industries and market dynamics.
- Mapping markets and developing detailed knowledge of individuals, firms and sectors within our core areas.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior professionals and emerging talent.
- Producing high-quality client reports focused on human capital, alongside tailored project analysis.
- Contributing to search delivery and supporting broader business development efforts where appropriate.
