You will work closely with our full-time Chef to deliver exceptional food and a smooth kitchen operation. The role requires confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Role:

  • Seasonal menu development: Contribute to designing creative, flavour-driven menus that remain cost-effective.
  • Daily kitchen operations: Support smooth service by maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Inventory & cost control: Contribute in managing stock levels, place orders, and help maintain budgets without compromising standards.
  • Front-of-house collaboration: Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Food safety & allergen compliance: Implement and uphold all relevant safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures.

What you will bring:

  • Chef experience: Demonstrable background working as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary expertise: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavour pairing, and plating aesthetics.
  • Leadership ability: Confidence motivating and guiding colleagues during service.
