Responsibilities
- Maintain all administrative functions within the People & Culture team to support our We Care philosophy.
- Assist the People & Culture team in administering all people‑related tasks and initiatives, sharing information on vision, strategy, values, policies and procedures.
- Manage corporate office employee data and maintain a confidential filing system for employee files, correspondence and policies.
- Process payroll‑related information for the monthly cycle and liaise closely with Finance.
- Support the Internal Comms & Facilities Lead with office events such as quarterly town halls, summer and holiday parties, and monthly canteen events.
- Administer HRIS functions with the People Systems Lead, including regular data audits.
- Ensure all employee records and documents are audited, up to date and compliant with GDPR.
- Welcome new starters, collate documentation and guarantee a smooth induction process.
- Administer purchase orders for the People team, ensuring timely payment, tracking and budgeting.
- Manage expense ordering and returns for the People team.
- Administer employee benefits including lunch cards, pension and health insurance.
- Carry out administrative support duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide diary scheduling, expense processing and other support to the Vice President, People & Culture.
Qualifications
- Passion for People & Culture and a people‑centric mindset.
- Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is the primary language used in the office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
- Capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with quality results.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR systems and payroll software is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical reasoning and basic mathematical skills.
Location: Corporate office, Knightsbridge. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; remote work is available on Fridays.
