We are looking for an experienced/competent Stick Welder (MMA/SMAW), choice of shifts Days or Night. There is plenty of overtime available; most do 1 or 2 hours on the end of each shift and we ask for weekend overtime to be shared out, so currently many do two weekends per month (6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday) but more if you would like more, some earning over £62k per annum.

Starting hourly rates vary depending on shifts and experience, all plus overtime. On top of this, there is also a Team related bonus of either 5 or 10% of total monthly earnings including bonus and overtime. For the past 6 months, they have all been achieving maximum bonus.

This is a fully employed position with 33 days holiday, job security and prospects.
