We are looking for an experienced/competent Stick Welder (MMA/SMAW), choice of shifts Days or Night. There is plenty of overtime available most do 1 or 2 hours on the end of each shift and we ask for weekend overtime to be shared out so currently many do two weekends per month (6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday) but more if you would like more some earning over £62k per annum.
Starting hourly rates vary depending on shifts and experience and all plus overtime and on top of this there is also a Team related bonus of either 5 or 10% of total monthly earnings including bonus nd overtime .. for the past 6 months they have all been achieving maximum bonus.
This is a fully employed position with 33 days holiday, job security and prospects.
