Home based Mobile. We have two roles: one for a fully qualified Mobile Maintenance, PPM, Remedial and a separate role which would suit candidates who also have 2391 to carry out EIR’s in addition to the Maintenance PPM. You will be based from home to manage your own Commercial and Retail customers within your Territory.

Benefits:

  • An OTE of £47.5k+ (depending on role, location and experience) basic salary of typically c.£42k; abundance of weekend and OOH call out bonus; additional without 2391 basic salary may be lower from c.£38,000.
  • Based on door-to-door hours 47.5 hours contract with a compulsory 1-hour unpaid lunch at midday.
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (Long Service rewards of extra holidays).

Desired Experience & Credentials:

  • Fully Qualified Electrician- with 2365 with NVQ 3 or 236 parts 1 and 2 for example, and 17th or 18th Edition (any other direct equivalents to the same level will be acceptable).
  • 2391 or direct equivalents to the same level.
  • Full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points).
  • PPM maintenance experience.
  • IT literate and able to use a Smartphone/Tablet for communication and reporting.
  • Must be able to carry and use steps/ladders enabling short duration work at height.

If you do not have 2391 we can take you on to do all but the Testing in a separate role ... Mobile Maintenance/PPM Electricians/remedial works with similar package within c.£2k of the full role.

Job functions:

  • Reporting directly to the Head Office.
  • Retail, industrial and commercial work, carrying out compliance visits.
  • Remedial works to NICEIC standards.
  • Lighting maintenance and occasional project work.
  • Emergency light testing.
  • Fire alarm testing.
  • PAT testing.
  • Fire extinguisher servicing.
  • Fixed wire testing.
  • PPM maintenance experience.
