As a prime candidate for this role, you will be a graduate from a mechanical or manufacturing engineering discipline, be driven, have a desire to learn new skills and become part of an established and successful team. With the guidance and support of our team of Project Managers and Project Engineers you will work towards taking functional responsibility for the delivery of projects in their entirety, working closely with our cross functional teams, senior staff and with our clients. Through your daily interactions with the teams and your exposure to project tools you will quickly develop a wide range of new skills that will provide a solid foundation for a successful career. Objectives & Key Activities * Support and assist the Project Management Team on day to day tasks. * Baselining, tracking and maintenance of project scope and schedules. * Project and manufacturing planning activities. * General administrative duties. * Issue tracking, control and resolution planning. * Assisting in the preparation and management of work packages for internal business units, manufacturing facility and sub-contractors. * Development and maintenance of project documentation and templates. * Development and alignment of internal business systems to the Projects Office. * Interaction and co-ordination of internal business functions. * Client interaction. Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Engineering Degree. * Ability to learn and develop at pace. * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business. * First-rate organisational skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to balance multiple deadlines and milestones; * Management and prioritisation of own workload and understanding the workload constraints of others. * Eye for detail. * Desirable – Experience within a project environment. * Desirable – Advanced MS Office skills (excel). * Desirable – Understanding/experience of project planning software (MS Project / Primavera P-6).
