We are looking for a Hands on Electrical Supervisor to manage a team of 6. You will work purely on the day shift, while your team covers 3 rolling shifts, handling all maintenance and installation work in an industrial heavy engineering environment. You will probably spend 60% of your time in the office and 40% hands-on helping the team. The team role is as below, however, you would need to be confident to roll your sleeves up to do the same in addition to overseeing and managing the Maintenance and Installation teams.
