  • Meet and greet spa guests as they arrive at The Spa at Coworth Park to ensure the best experience
  • Coordinate the reception desk, confirm and book guest treatments, make recommendations, and upsell as appropriate
  • Demonstrate our core values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Unique personality and passion for the role and team
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong communication skills with a customer‑service ethic
