As Talent Acquisition Officer (Maternity Cover), you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests/employees:

• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of hotel departments, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best talent.
• You will proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and creative recruitment initiatives to build strong talent pipelines.
• You will create engaging job advertisements and represent The Dorchester as an employer of choice, bringing our culture, values and career opportunities to life.
• You will coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every candidate.
• You will manage offers and pre-employment checks, working closely with our People & Culture team to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for successful candidates.
• You will maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting, monitor vacancies and recruitment activity, and identify opportunities to improve our processes.
• You will build strong relationships with colleagues across the hotel, providing recruitment advice and supporting workforce planning to meet our business needs.

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within luxury hospitality, hotels or a similarly service-led environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• You can manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• You enjoy finding creative ways to attract talent, building candidate networks and taking ownership of the recruitment process.
• You work effectively with hiring managers and colleagues, understanding their needs and providing a supportive, solutions-focused approach.
• You understand the importance of handling sensitive candidate information with discretion and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel, and you can communicate confidently and professionally in this language.
