What you’ll do
Our Placement students will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each. During their programme, our placement students will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business, seeing exactly how a 5* luxury hotel runs. Our placement students are an important part of how we forge our legacy, and are the leaders of the future. We also know what it takes to achieve ambition. Which is why we will invest in you; helping you to push boundaries and strive for more than you ever thought you could achieve. Our Placement Students are responsible for supporting the F&B outlet in order to provide the highest standard of service during their day. This will include mise-en-place and table set-up before service, speedy delivery of food during service and organising teas and coffees where Barista training will be provided all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. During your placement you will gain experience across all of our different outlets, from relaxed day dining in The Barn, to afternoon tea service on the terrace and exposure to some of our amazing events held at the hotel.

Passion for the operations and learning from the ground up in our hotels – our placement positions are all based within our operational departments and are a superb way to learn how we work.
