What you’ll do:

- You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the spa facility at Coworth Park.
- You will develop & implement strategic plans to enhance the spa’s offerings, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Working alongside the People & Culture team, you will recruit, train and manage the performance of the Spa team, whilst maintaining budgets and financial performance.
- You will cultivate a warm and welcoming environment, promote wellness & relaxation and stay updated on industry trends, to introduce innovative treatments and services.
- You will collaborate with other departments within the hotel to create a cohesive guest experience and a seamless guest journey.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous senior leadership experience of managing a luxury spa within a 5* hotel environment.
- The ability to lead and inspire a team to drive guest engagement.
- Previous experience and a proven track record of managing complex spa operations.
- Expert knowledge of front of house and back of house protocols and processes within a luxury spa environment.
- Previous experience of swimming pool and thermal facility management.
- Previous experience and skills in budgeting; profit and loss account; payroll management and driving revenue opportunities.
- Ability to set departmental and KPI’s to drive growth and profitability.
- Previous experience of managing and growing spa memberships.
- Ability to recruit, train and develop teams while addressing performance and maintaining high standards.
- Experience and knowledge of risk assessments, standards operational.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
