What you'll do
As Senior Breakfast Chef, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests: You will be responsible for daily food preparations during their day, creating delectable dishes ranging from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will include supervising and leading all cooking personnel in your section together with the Junior Sous Chef or in their absence; participating in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; as well as training and developing other kitchen team members all to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day.
