Overview
Reservations Specialist – French Speaking is a permanent, full-time role within the Corporate Office – Contact Centre of Dorchester Collection. The Reservations Specialists manage guests’ phone calls and email enquiries for all hotels within the Collection, listening to guests’ needs and providing suitable options and solutions to create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with reservations for all hotels in the Collection via telephone and email, including processing bookings and follow-up activities related to reservation aspects to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Communicate effectively to address special requests and ensure alignment between the Global Contact Centre and our hotels.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet response targets and stakeholder expectations.

What you’ll bring
