What you\’ll do

As an Overnight Housekeeper,you\’ll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for seamless service, discretion, intuitive, and flexible during their shift. This will include eye for detail, thoroughness and hygienic, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • You will be leasing and working closely with other departments, such as Front Office, Concierge, Valet/Laundry and In – Room Dining to ensure guests requests are handled in timely and professional manner
  • You will be responsible to clean guest bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel property, that may include areas outside of the hotel
  • Reporting directly to the Duty Manager on shift
  • Sometimes our guests have special requests involving special set-ups, additional supplies, and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Overnight Housekeeper.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an Overnight Housekeeper but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.

These currently set as:

  • Monday to Sunday: starting from 22.30pm
