Our Sommeliers are the rock stars of our hotel! Entrusted with assisting and supporting our Head Sommelier, and recommending wine varieties to our guests. They create lifelong memories for our guests. We offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, plus service charge.

What you’ll do:
- Recommend exceptional wines to guests for every occasion, selecting wines, creating drink lists, managing stock, and serving wine orders efficiently and timely.
- Fulfil special requests involving dietary requirements, wine preferences and special occasions.
- Live our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity in daily service.
- Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment.
