What you'll do:
As a Revenue Manager (12-month FTC, Maternity Cover), you’ll be responsible for maximising rooms revenue during your day. This will include accurate forecasting, rate management and optimising the channel and market mix. You will implement revenue management strategies and processes to optimise and maximise revenues throughout the hotel supporting the Area Director of Revenue, primarily for rooms’ revenue by monitoring demands, trends and market conditions. You’ll facilitate smooth and effective communication with all departments to ensure a seamless, highly satisfactory and incomparable service.
What you'll bring:
- Previous revenue management experience is essential.
- Previous knowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS, PMS, Revenue Management, Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis, Opera, IDeaS an asset.
- Highly computer literate, skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Visual Basic & Pivot Tables).
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel.
