What you'll do

The Global Creative Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Dorchester Collection’s Creative function, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, collaboratively and to the exceptional standards expected of one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands.

Acting as the operational backbone of the Creative team, you will establish clear ways of working, manage project delivery, and coordinate internal teams, hotels, agencies and external partners from initial brief through to final delivery.

You will bring structure, accountability and clarity to a fast-paced environment, creating the conditions for creativity to thrive while ensuring projects remain on time, on budget and aligned with business priorities.

Working closely with colleagues across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, you will create seamless project delivery across multiple workstreams while continually improving how the team operates.

Key responsibilities may include

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of the Creative team, ensuring projects are planned, prioritised and delivered effectively.
  • Manage incoming creative briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, priorities are agreed and stakeholders are aligned before work begins.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead weekly project and production meetings, tracking progress, identifying risks and ensuring clear accountability across all live projects.
  • Manage team capacity, resource planning and workflow across designers, copywriters, freelancers and external creative partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project delivery across Brand, Communications, Digital, Content, Guest Recognition and our hotels, ensuring teams remain aligned from brief through to completion.
  • Build trusted relationships with our hotels, corporate teams, agencies and suppliers, establishing clear expectations, timelines and ways of working.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, briefing processes, approvals and operational standards that improve efficiency, visibility and consistency across the Creative team.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, meet agreed objectives and are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, tools and operational efficiency, helping evolve the Creative function and supporting the wider Global Marketing team.
  • Work with Click Up, Dorchester Collection’s tool of choice to innovate and enable ease of use across the business

The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm, based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge, with a work from home day on Fridays.

  • Significant experience in creative project management, studio management, creative operations or integrated marketing delivery within a luxury brand, hospitality business or leading creative agency.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with a natural ability to bring structure, clarity and accountability to complex environments.
  • Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders across internal departments, agencies and external partners.
  • Experience establishing project management processes, workflows and governance that improve team efficiency and delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, purchase orders, contracts and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across international teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Click Up, Asana or Monday. com.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they become issues.
