What you'll do:

  • Manage room allocation for the evening room attendant.
  • Manage the workload for the evening house porter and ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Close jobs in the system (Nexus), remove allocations, and set up for the morning shift.
  • Prepare the floor supervisor task list with all statuses and room requests.
  • Follow up on Nexus cases.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as handover preparation for the Morning Office Coordinator.
  • Deal with guest phone calls and queries.
  • Ensure frequent communication with the Front Office Coordinator regarding room allocation, departures, priority rooms, and out of service/out of order rooms.
