What you'll do:
You will be responsible for creating delectable dishes for our Wolfgang Puck restaurant across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will supervise the cooking personnel in your section and participate in menu planning while maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs to ensure guests receive excellence. You will handle special guests’ requests involving dietary requirements, off‑menu items, and special occasions. The operational hours are shift‑based and require flexibility.
