What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of guest and public areas, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You’ll also have an understanding of all hotel services, taking note of any guests requests and requirements, and help to deliver these.
- You will carry out the setup of rooms pre-arrival to ensure guests feel instantly relaxed.
- You will also assist with the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites.
What you’ll bring
- You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
- You have a talent for detail and organization, to manage your daily tasks.
- You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- You will have previous experience within a similar role, ideally 5*.
- You enjoy working within a team whilst still having the responsibility of solo tasks.
