What you'll do:
A day in the life of our Events Operations Manager demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Our Events Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coaching their team to provide service excellence across the 240 acres of parkland. Providing luxury food and beverage service to all our guests, whether they are dining in their room, part of a social or corporate event or enjoying a picnic on property. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of both departments throughout the day to deliver the best guest experience.
The purpose of our Events Operations Manager is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy. They are entrusted with coordinating and planning for all of the guest’s stay, through research and communication with all departments to create a memorable stay. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. Our Events Operations Manager must communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains. As part of our Leadership Team, they will be responsible for staff welfare and morale, as well as conducting annual performance reviews and training for the team.
