What you\’ll do
- Our Food & Beverage Graduate program lasts 12 months, with 2 rotations of 6 months each.
- During the program, graduates will have a dedicated mentor to support their career development.
- Participants will engage in leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types, and more.
- We will invest in your growth, helping you push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible.
- You will assist in food service within one of our outlets to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- There are opportunities to work in different departments, gaining varied service styles and guest requirements, working towards a supervisor level.
- Our core values—Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity—guide us daily. As a Food and Beverage Graduate, you\’ll have the chance to embody these values and help create our legacy.
- You will learn about all food and beverage products in your department to effectively communicate offerings to guests.
