You\'ll learn not only from your fellow Legends, but also through our award-winning Dorchester Collection learning academy. You will achieve the highest standards of service and leadership that will help you build your own career story.
The Graduate Programme is a dynamic opportunity underpinned around our ‘We Care’ culture designed to fast-track you in achieving a supervisory role upon completion of the programme. During the programme you will work in one of our world renowned hotels and will be supported by our senior leaders, to develop the technical and behavioural skills aligned to becoming a hospitality specialist.
During your time as a Graduate, you will also gain exposure of an array of training material delivered by our Learning & Development team, supported through our Dorchester Collection Learning Academy. You will have the opportunity to work across our Dorchester Collection UK hotel and have 3 options to choose from: based in the town at The Dorchester or 45 Park Lane, based in the country at Coworth Park or our extended 18 month programme, based in the town & country with accommodation support provided.
