What you'll do

As a Housekeeping Evening Office Coordinator you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • Manage room allocation for the evening room attendant.
  • Managing the workload for the evening house porter and ensuring all his tasks are completed.
  • Closing Jobs in the system (Nexus), allocations removal and setting up for the morning shift.
  • Preparing the floor supervisor task list with all the statuses and room requests.
  • Follow up on Nexus cases.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as handover preparation for the Morning Office Coordinator.
  • Dealing with guest phone calls and queries.
  • Ensure frequent communication with the Front Office Coordinator in regards to room allocation, departures, priority rooms and out of service/out of order rooms.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in a 5 star hotel environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Nexus and Opera.

  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
