Our reservations specialists manage guests' phone calls and email enquiries for all hotels within the Collection. They listen to guests' needs and address them with suitable options and solutions to create memorable experiences. The role requires energy, consistency, and creativity to tackle daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with enquiries about reservations for all hotels in the collection, processing bookings via telephone and email and performing follow-up activities related to reservation aspects to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams to address special requests and align the Global Contact Centre with our hotels.
  • Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet response targets and stakeholder expectations.
  • Represent the company values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity in daily interactions to contribute to the brand legacy.
  • Work a shift-based schedule that may include Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 22:00.

What you'll bring

  • English is the primary language used in our global contact centre; you must be comfortable communicating in English.
  • Native or proficient command of Italian (spoken and written) is required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a requirement.
