As our Finance Systems Analyst, you will get first-hand experience in working in a finance department of a global luxury brand. You will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities across the Corporate Finance department. In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for reporting and analysing global hotel results and to ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with statutory legislation and accounting standards. You will also assist with month/year end results process flow, including consolidation and high-level summaries.
- Support group-level budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes by maintaining models, templates and system inputs.
- Administer and safeguard the integrity of all financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools, reporting platforms), ensuring compliance, security, and user access control.
- Lead ongoing system configuration, maintenance, upgrades and version testing to keep DC's financial systems stable, secure, and optimised.
- Own Finance master data governance (chart of accounts, reporting structures, mapping tables) and ensure consistent financial information across all DC entities.
- Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of enhancements in collaboration with IT and hotel finance teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage ticket resolution, and elevate to IT/vendors where required.
- Deliver training, onboarding and guidance to system users to uplift the finance system capability across the DC group.
- Support auditors with evidence, system documentation, control demonstrations, and data extracts.
The hours of operation for this role are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role is based in our corporate office in Knightsbridge, with one day working from home on Fridays.
It is essential that you are a qualified or part-qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) with preferably one to three yearsβ experience in a Finance department. You will also bring technical skills in the following areas:
- ERP Platforms: Microsoft Business Central / D365, Oracle, SAP, Infor SunSystems, Sage Intacct
- Planning Tools: IBM Planning & Analytics, Cognos TM1, Infor Forecasting
- Database & Integration: SQL, ODBC, data warehouse concepts
- BI/Visualisation: Power BI, SmartView, OAC or equivalents
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
English is the primary language used in our hotels and residences. You can comfortably communicate both verbal and written in this language. French or Italian languages are an advantage. Hospitality industry experience, especially within luxury hotels or multi-asset groups, is a significant advantage, enabling faster understanding of hotel finance cycles, property-level reporting, and operational nuances. You are able to manage multiple complex projects and assignments and meet short deadlines.
