What you’ll do
- You’ll take pride in delighting our guests:
- Be responsible for daily food preparations, creating dishes from breakfast, lunch, dinner, to afternoon tea.
- Lead and supervise a team of Commis Chefs and assist the Senior Chef de Partie or act in their absence.
- Participate in menu planning, manage food and recipe costs, and train team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Handle special requests involving dietary needs, off-menu items, or special occasions, fulfilling these responsibilities with professionalism and care.
- Specific duties will be provided to ensure you understand how we care for our hotel.
