What you'll do
As a Building Services Engineer you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, communal areas, amenities (swimming pool, spa, etc.), and exterior facilities.
- Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems across the property.
- Ensure the swimming pool and spa systems are functioning efficiently, including filtration, water chemistry, and heating.
- Regularly check water quality, chemical balance, and adjust as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of elevators, fire alarm systems, and security systems.
- Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

- Ability to repair and maintain building systems (such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).
