Our Drawing Room Manager is entrusted with overseeing our daily Afternoon Tea and Lounge service. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate responsibility, to create lifelong memories for our guests.

- Our Drawing Room Manager will work closely with our F&B Director to achieve efficient staffing levels and manage the desired levels of performance.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a 5* luxury experience to all our guests, overseeing the daily running of our lounge area ensuring a seamless service for All day Dining and Afternoon Tea.
- Own, manage and deliver an effective departmental training and development program for all team members to meet their particular expectations and increase service standards.
- To conduct sales & marketing activities in order to drive business growth & profit.
- To ensure the menu and environment is consistent with a luxury establishment in order to meet & exceed guest expectations & maximise business growth.
