What you’ll do:

  • You will be responsible for assisting the Deputy Restaurant Manager within The Barn restaurant, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also be responsible for the welfare and morale of the team, whilst managing and delivering an effective training and development program.
  • You will develop an outstanding knowledge of the food and beverage options within The Barn, in order to communicate this with guests and the team.
  • You will greet guests in a welcoming and friendly manner, ensuring repeat guests are recognised and special occasions celebrated.

What you’ll bring:
