Mercor is recruiting UK-based Investment Banking M&A Specialists for a research project with a leading frontier AI lab. We are seeking experienced banking professionals with strong backgrounds in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution.
Strong candidates should have experience working on M&A transactions, including:
- Financial modeling
- Company analysis
- Due diligence
- Pitch materials
- Market research
- Deal execution support
Ideal candidates have experience at one or more bulge bracket investment banks, such as J.P. Morgan or another leading global investment bank with a strong M&A practice.
