We are now looking for a second Service Delivery Manager to share the delivery of our reading projects across London to ensure that all of our projects are delivered to schedule and our families and children are supported. You will directly manage half of our small team of amazing delivery staff, who work part-time during term time, supporting them to deliver our volunteer-led reading sessions and creating a positive culture of inclusion, development, and above all – fun!
This is an excellent opportunity for a service-focussed, people manager to apply and develop their skills in the non-profit sector and help us to help more children read for pleasure and see where words will take them.
