Salary: Starting at £13ph with additional target related bonus
Location of vacancy: Stourbridge
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, 9:30 to 3:00

- Proficient with English language, with ability to check written content (essential)
- E-Commerce Sales & Customer Service: 1 year (essential)
- Experience with External Comms & Social Media Marketing: 1 year (essential)
- Strong copywriting skills (preferred)
- Ability to learn multiple data systems (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Google Apps (preferred)
- Understanding of SEO & PPC (preferred)

Role Purpose:We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to work with the Business Owner and Digital Marketing Team, to actively generate leads, respond to sales enquiries, write engaging copy, run ad campaigns and produce high quality content across all channels.
Responsibilities:- Working with the Digital Marketing Team to constantly improve and actively generate sales leads across social media platforms
- Assist the team with planning and creative for ad campaigns across Google and Facebook
- Use insight and data when presenting ideas and strategies
- Use a collaborative approach with an ability to communicate well with customers and the team alike
- Able to manage multiple projects at pace, prioritising as appropriate
- Self-starter and uses initiative
- Assist the team with producing image and video content for the website and YouTube
- Manage PPC and analytics
- Communicating with potential customers over the phone, via email and direct message
- Respond to sales enquiries
- Maintain a contact database
