Are you an experienced and competent Administrator with strong Word skills who can hit the ground running and work independently/as part of a close-knit team? This is a long-term opportunity for an organised and \”can do\” individual.. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our small, friendly team. You will be a crucial part in supporting the upkeep of effective recording and management systems and a confidential administrative service. You will be responsible for promoting a sense of belonging by creating a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where everyone feels connected and valued. Key Duties: · Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing phone calls, emails, mail and other correspondence. · Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers. · Maintain and organise company files and records. · Perform accurate data entry and generate reports as required, assisting in preparing presentations and taking meeting notes. · Greet visitors and provide assistance, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner. · Process invoices, manage petty cash and assist with budget tracking and expense reporting. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, assisting in the implementation and communication of new policies. · Manage diary for the office. · Monitor and order office and other supplies and equipment as needed whilst maintaining inventory. · Maintain tidy office environment. · Free parking provided
