In this full-time, permanent role, you will effectively bridge the gap between our internal departments, external installation teams, and clients. The Sales & Contracts Administrator will serve as the central hub of communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries relating to quotations, orders, deliveries, and installations.
- Provide regular updates to customers and internal departments on order status.
- Process customer quotes/orders and supplier purchase orders accurately within required timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm delivery schedules and lead times.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and installation team to arrange product installation/repair.
- Support the preparation of job files, documentation for site delivery, and installation.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with company and industry standards.
- Maintain organised records and filing systems.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department.
- Authorised to work in United Kingdom.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Proven experience in a similar Sales Administrator or Contracts Administrator role would be advantageous but not essential.
