DoorCo is a leading manufacturer in the composite door industry, supplying high-quality products to customers across the UK. Due to continued growth at our Doncaster site, we are looking to recruit a Warehouse & Production Administrator to support our busy operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with all departments on when containers and other goods are due to be delivered.
  • Ensure all documentation relating to any goods coming in or out is up to date and up to the correct standard.
  • Booking in containers and any other goods coming in using our inhouse systems Sage and Sicon and ensure the items being delivered are correct to the system.
  • Prepare paperwork and labels relating to goods being transferred.
  • Check for urgent replenishments and check available stock and notify the warehouse team.
  • Ensure all Intransit locations are cleared each day.
  • The maintenance of inventory accuracy, process/procedure control and practices around stock management.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and movement of stock.
  • Supporting quarterly and annual stock takes.
  • Transfer the stock between sites both in Thorne and to Macclesfield.
  • Assist with the Kitting process in the manufacturing cell.
  • Assist with the transfer process from the Manufacturing cell.
  • Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary by line manager.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive, reliable team player with good communication skills.

Working pattern: 09:00 - 15:00 (Part time - With a 30 minute lunch break) Monday - Friday
