Is This You? We\’re looking for a door fitting expert who:

• Has experience in fitting internal doors

• Possesses excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work

• Is punctual, reliable, and professional

• Can provide top-notch customer service (with excellent people skills)

• Has their own transport (van or car) and tools

• Is proud of their work and takes ownership of every job from start to finish

The Role:

You\’ll be installing high-quality doors for customers across the South West. Our projects are domestic properties only, (generally a higher class of clientele) across the SouthWest, so every day brings something new. You\’ll handle everything from door fitting to final adjustments, all while maintaining excellent customer service with our clients.

Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

• Arrive at customers home, on time, ready to go.

• Work independently or as part of a team to fit doors, handles, and more.

• Ensure every installation meets the highest standards of quality.

• Takes pride in leaving the customers house clean and tidy.

• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Complete paperwork (minimal paperwork) on time.

Salary:

The salary is competitive and based on experience. You can earn above your base salary depending on your work ethic and customer satisfaction levels.

The Perfect Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience fitting internal doors

• A solid understanding of how to measure, fit, and adjust doors correctly

• Great customer service skills with a professional attitude

• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• A passion for quality craftsmanship

• Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to different job scenarios
